  17. <p>     EUCALYPTUS SAPLINGS: just say no. New satellite photographs
  18. suggest that Mexico's marijuana growth is ten times as great
  19. as previous estimates. Trouble is, some of these pictures may
  20. lie. Mexican authorities say they have inspected several
  21. alleged pot fields and discovered not cannabis but hundreds of
  22. eucalyptus saplings. The Mexicans are annoyed not only by the
  23. inaccuracies but by the spy-in-the-sky snooping. "We would also
  24. like to know," says a Mexican drug official, "if they
  25. photographed Northern California."
